I tried the "glittered adhesive tape" technique. I love looove loooooove it!! Die used is from Winnie & Walter. Embellished with clear gems. Here's a video demonstrating the technique:

The background was created by using a stencil and then spreading some liquid pearls over the card.My apologies but the camera is not picking up the gorgeous shimmer of the pink liquid pearls. The thanks die cut is cut with a "Winnie & Walter" die, embellished with Ranger's Gloss. Embellished with two tone flat back pearls and 3d gloss.
