Dig used is Winnie Balloon days. Coloured with Promarkers.
"Party" die cut is cut from glitter card.
Embellished with die cuts, clear gloss, glitter and a satin ribbon bow.

I decided on a fluorescent pink die cut from Simon Says Stamp - stitched daisy.
Sentiment is stamped and embossed in white. I've added a few enamel drops as embellishments.
