Hey Peeps
A quick belated birthday card for a neighbour I made this morning:

Pre-coloured digi is from Meljen's Designs. I've decoupaged the wellies and the birdie for a 3D effect. Added a few drops of glossy accent and stickles and bob's-yer-uncle! lol
Border punched with a Martha Stewart punch, ribbon from my stash and cardstock from Docrafts.

Digi is coloured with Promarkers and the sentiment is computer generated. Polka dot ribbon from the local singer shop and kraft card from Docrafts.
