Sentiment stamped with Stazon - freebie from magazine.
Die cut balloon raised with 3d foam pads for dimension.
Embellished with red enamel drops.

    Now this reminds me of warm, sunny days where a bike ride & picnic is just perfect, Wendy. That bicycle image is so artistic and popping the balloon up on 3d foam makes for a bit more interest. Thanks so much for sharing this with us at Less is More xx
