A quick belated birthday card for a neighbour I made this morning:
Pre-coloured digi is from Meljen's Designs. I've decoupaged the wellies and the birdie for a 3D effect. Added a few drops of glossy accent and stickles and bob's-yer-uncle! lol
Border punched with a Martha Stewart punch, ribbon from my stash and cardstock from Docrafts.
