Celebrate!

Happy Saturday Peeps!
Blustery weather outside and it 'pose to be summer?!
Another card it is then ...




Dancing Debbie is a pre-coloured digi from Sassy Cheryl's. Card shape is cut with my digital cutter and the papers are all offcuts from my stash. Debbie's bow is highlighted with glossy accents and the card is decorated with liquid pearls.
